Locally made in Wilmington NC, these acrylic thick hoops are surged with a steel post.  A two toned color way for an ombre appearance.  Lightweight, easy to put on and take off and comfortable to wear.  Made of eco-friendly, lead-free, nickel-free and not easy to corrosion.
